- Ordering
Submitting the order form means that you are agreeing to the rates specified and that you understood the item description and inclusions.
Most importantly, submitted Order Forms means that you are agreeing with Earthly Sole's Terms and Conditions.
Orders Forms are final and will not be used for Reservations.
Orders will only be cancelled if item/s are sold-out and out-of-stock.
Once order form is submitted, an Order Confirmation & Invoice statement will be sent thru the preferred mode of communication.
Once received, you have the liability and responsibility to settle your payment:
- For on-hand item/s: within three (3) working days
- For pre-ordered item/s: 50% within the two (2) working days and the balance should be paid before we ship the items.
All details that were given in the order form (e.g. shipping address, cellphone number) will be considered as correct and will be treated as confidential.
Should there be any typographical errors or mistakes, inform us immediately.
- Payment
We only accept payments thru Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Bank Deposit, (BDO) Bank Deposit, and Globe G-Cash.
We assure you that we do not charge hidden fees; you only have to pay for the item plus shipping fee (plus money transfer if any).
We do not charge our customers a Globe G-Cash Fee of 1%.
For payments made thru Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Bank Deposit (BDO) Bank Deposit, and Globe G-Cash, they do not charge any money transfer fee/s.
On-hand items will not be shipped until full payment is received; pre-ordered items will not be processed until at least 50% down payment is received.
We strictly follow the payment deadline, payments received after the deadline will be placed on the next batch of pre-order.
It is your responsibility to notify us immediately upon your payment.
Please keep your money transfer receipt or deposit slip.
Failure to send the tracking/transaction number, which is found on the receipt, means there was no payment made.
We implement a STRICT payment policy. For pre-ordered items: orders w/ NO payment will NOT be processed, orders w/ down payment/full payment made AFTER the cut-off date will be AUTOMATICALLY included in the NEXT batch. No extensions/excuses.
For on-hand items, orders w/ NO payment within 3 business days will be AUTOMATICALLY cancelled.
- Shipping
Tracking numbers will be sent thru the preferred mode of communication.
Items will be shipped a day after the payment is received. Should there be delays, we will communicate immediately.
Items are carefully checked before shipping them out to buyers.
It is assured that all items are free of any damage.
We will not be liable for any damage or loss incurred during the shipment.
You may opt to have your order insured.
Please contact us regarding insurance.
Preffered shipping partner is Xend.
There might be unavoidable delays in the arrival of the items here, caused by the processing of orders, manufacturer, international courier, weather conditions, holidays, acts of God and customs delay.
- EXCHANGE
We will not replace items unless we have sent the wrong order.
If we have sent the wrong order, you have to notify us within five (5) working days from the day you received the items. Wrong orders will not be replaced anymore if notification was made beyond that day.
We would know the actual date of arrival in your place by contacting the courier.
Send the item back to us and we will refund the shipping fee via bank deposit/G-Cash.
- REFUND
Refund can be availed if and only if the items that you have ordered are out-of-stock and you do not agree with the availability date of the item/s ordered.
Refund will ONLY be sent thru:
Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) Bank Deposit, BDO Bank Deposit, and Globe G-Cash only
